Wealth Concentration Among 1%

SYNOPSIS
The headlines on the 1% grabbing 82% of wealth created globally in 2017 and in India the 1% gobbling 73% of wealth in that nation with overwhelming percentage of population in abject poverty and a significant number struggling to make ends meet while the middle class requiring two earning members to feed the family of four including two children explains the excess greed and corruption behind widening income inequality.
The wealthy getting wealthier at the expense of those contributing to their wealthy status as workers, employees, consumers and importantly the main taxpayers in society are due to dual systems exempting the rich from everything viz. paying fair share of taxes, merit and abiding the law that are mandatory on the ordinary citizens with average to moderate income.
Beginning with education, the wealthy members kids are guaranteed seats in prominent institutions through bribery and/or political quota reserved for them. The fame and power buys educational degree for their children unlike students from neither celebrity nor high profile political families who are denied entry by these institutions despite exemplary academic performance in school to suppress them from rising in economic status without realizing the loss is more for the former than the latter. Similarly, in work force the wealthy kids inherit the family business or find lucrative positions through nepotism and recommendations in the mutual business favors exchanged among the affluent and influential class. The wealthy marrying into wealthy family typically to accumulate fortune is another way of wealth concentration in the circle.
In fact, merit is a misnomer and those in such possession with strong work ethics are not welcome and considered a threat unless they submit to corrupt dealings snd appeasement of the 1% reining control over world resources and opportunity. The opposition from the 1% to genuine talent could not be taken for granted for they want to maintain a fake society with celebrity worship ad nauseam directing maximum focus on the glamor world, the entertainment industry, royalty within each society, the monarchy in the twenty first century as the most powerful family with public announcements such as the Royal marrying the Commoner touted as the 1% magnanimity towards those presumed inferior and above all politics converted into celebrity show confirms the pseudo paradigm.
How does the 1% acquire wealth and success?
They do so predominantly from the remaining 99% citizens’ hard work and among them the relevant brain power and contributions enabling the 1% to ride on their back and claim credit in the systemic exploitation of human capital.
Accordingly, there is a vast difference in income ratio between those from rich families and middle or lower income groups in general. The class warfare from the 1% is regarded essential to subjugate the vast majority striving for decades and the younger generations dreams barely made possible with prejudice playing a role in certain industry that are exclusive and protective to their own kind.
The promotion of eugenics is another trend among the 1% with emphasis on looks and appearance ranking high over human character and genius in the environment obsessed with sex, voyeurism and nudity to denigrate anyone they disagree with or reject for challenging the status quo. Their fixation on perishable flesh invariably associated with womanhood in the rampant misogyny reflect their stagnant mind and the soul burdened with sins depriving them from any hope of salvation and redemption. This is the price paid for violations of others rights and destiny.
In the economic sector, the 1% thrive with money gaining direct access to political power, getting away with crimes on tax evasion, money laundering and illegal offshore holdings that are common in the high society. Interestingly, the philanthrope to conceal the inherent fraudulent activities in wealth amassment is lauded among them creating the false perception of utopia in the distinctly dystopian setting.
The income disparity primarily arise from lower wages, poorer working conditions and profits prioritized at workers and consumers costs with corporations slighting market affordability on goods for example life saving prescription drug IMBRUVICA for cancer from Johnson & Johnson retailing in the price range $11,332 to $11,400 after free discounts at Walmart, Costco and regular pharmacy in the United States is a hard choice for patients with average income to decide on fighting the deadly disease and paying for basic needs such as food and accommodation. The regulations on price gouging and other abnormal trade practices are stymied by big corporations lobbying Congress and administrations to continue business as usual.
Women Status
The subordination of women in work force denying them equal recognition in monetary terms and social acceptance in presiding over male dominant management and positions of authority in the modern age is a travesty for any society. The gender bias is one aspect and then there are women in different professions and background cooperating with male authority for self interests to undermine women’s achievement. These women hired as surrogates and representatives of the global syndicate have no problems in compromising self respect and ethics in such participation.
In this context, the fraudulent representation actively mislead and misguide listeners and viewers on issues following the script provided to them from those they are aligned with in resisting fairness and equality. Similarly, women classified as accomplished and pledged allegiance to the same groups are engaged in indoctrination especially of younger audience.
The anecdotal presentation from a specific coveted speaker’s illustrated lecture and speech on race and anthropological determinations deserve mentioning for reasons stated above. The speaker’s delivery on the subject matter was anywhere between illegitimate in substance and impetuous in insinuations suggesting the subservience to social and economic hierarchy.
When women in these categories join forces with male authority issuing order to obstruct overall progress, the involvement is self-defeating for them diminishing in human value.
In the domestic front women causing pain and misery for women in family is another dynamic in the mistreatment of women.
In terms of government and society acknowledgement of women’s caliber the world is yet to witness universal standard.
For instance, the Middle East nations that are declared a democracy like Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran though theological rule in governance have fewer to none women representation in government. Israel, a western democracy has comparatively less women than Saudi Arabia i.e. both ruling and opposition parties combined in government.
Iran has no female holding key positions in politics and Majlis – the Iranian parliament except in public relations as foreign affairs spokesperson and that too lasting only a brief period.
Egypt exclusion of women during the drafting of Egypt’s constitution in the aftermath of removal of western backed hardline ruler Hosni Mubarak did not escape global attention and ire.
In Asia, Japan regarded the advanced nation emulating western concept is disappointingly behind in respecting women’s stature. There is a great deal of importance to various positions held by men – the academic system in particular with titles like Professor expected in reference to male academics that are not attributed to female counterparts and loosely interpreting women contributions in any field as secretarial duty. The manner unmistakenly condescending towards women for a society proclaimed a western face of Asia perhaps in line with western controlled global management .
The irony is political process in any type of government worldwide desperately requires women electorate to validate the election as free, fair, inclusive and democratic while denying women voters any female representation in parliament in nations lacking in this requirement.
The topic will resume to shed light on the duplicity of Indian government demonetization of bank notes valued at Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 resulting in draining the ordinary citizens hard earned savings forcing some of them to suicide and allowing the wealth swamp retained in other assets intact.
Thank you.
