Your CA State tax notices dated – 12/11/2023, 12/26/2023 and latest 03/11/2024.

The latest one marked “Final Notice” including other remarks.

FYI – The CA State tax amount for the year cited in the notices was paid on time without any delinquency for that year and for that matter any other period throughout my lifetime.

The response to your notices were also duly replied via email in your portal – Send Message to FTB on 01/31/2024.

The proof of payment showing the transaction details with date, method of payment and confirmation on the amount having received by FTB was also submitted in that email attachment.

Please refer to email 01/31/2024 under the account # stated in the notice addressing the exact matter with proof of payment and confirmation having received by CA FTB.

Furthermore, the same sent by certified U.S. mail as proof of record and for your administration update.

Such notices were sent earlier between 2009 – 2016 and resumed in 2021 and then onwards until recently only to be advised that any due tax payments have always been paid within due date with proof of payments all along until now.

Your administration and relevantly the one responsible to receive and acknowledge communications from taxpayers and general public are required to do their job for which they are being hired using taxpayer money.

The misuse of tax payer funded government state and federal agencies targeting anyone specifically for obvious political reasons tantamount to abuse of taxpayer funds against the taxpayer which directly implicates all those involved in this unlawful practice.

The weaponization of taxpayer funded government and government agencies whether it is taxation department such as IRS, CA FTB, DMV and other branches of federal, state and local agencies are best laid to rest.

The abuse of power has no place in a system touted as the proud democracy.

The coercion and pressure from whomsoever and wherever prompting such actions befit a banana republic and not a constitutional based democracy unless the constitution is treated as stated verbatim by the former highest office bearer during the official term in office –

“Constitution is nothing more than a piece of parchment.” 

Above all, the top to rock bottom recruitment abandoning identity crony politics and instead adopting meritocracy with proven efficiency would be a refreshing CHANGE with real HOPE ensuring effective governance and better use of hard earned taxpayer contribution towards public service.
