These are never minor tasks by any definition. In Ukraine the women are confronted with war in their homeland requiring evacuation to safe haven with their dependent family. There are other women engaged in humanitarian service in war zone and assisting their country deal with war casualties, medical treatments, social workers amid security and other crisis.
Similarly in Russia, the mothers and women in different capacity in the household and country are placed in a strange dilemma with their nation’s political authority i.e. President Vladimir Putin’s invasion and occupation of Ukraine. The women in Russia are doing their best to cope with the economic, political and social stress in the absence of individual liberty and political freedom to express dissent on illegal war against neighbor Ukraine.
These beautiful women from Ukraine and Russia are honored for their loving care and attention to their dear family and Ukrainians fighting to defend their homeland from foreign aggression and occupation.
The real beauty lies in heart, mind and soul reflected in deeds, dedication and selfless sacrifice.
