India – Adi Vasi (Native) and Womanhood Exploitation

The incumbent regime in New Delhi i.e. the national government trajectory on human rights in general is alarming and merit international attention.
The regime’s militant ideology exploiting Hindu religion entirely for political gains is known for atrocities against muslims and Hindu majority belonging to the so-called outcasts denominations thus far.
The regime’s violence and radical indoctrination on the air waves through the regime’s media outlets as well as political platform including religious zealots congregations are routine environment in India represented by plethora of religions and cultural diversity.
There is not a community, religion, gender, age group and similar nomenclature not adversely affected by the BJP regime’s head as the Prime Minister and others like the Home Minister in the central cabinet besides the BJP Chief Minister (CM) of the nation’s most populous northern state – Uttar Pradesh (UP).
The latter UP BJP Chief Minister proudly bears the moniker Bull Dozer CM for authorizing the destruction of muslim residents’ homes using bull dozers in Kanpur and Allahabad – the two major cities in the state. The state targeted violence against muslims in this regard legitimately attracted condemnation.
In that backdrop, the regime’s head as the Prime Minister primarily engaged and committed in protecting Indian oligarchs’ interests with few in particular who in return have long standing land disputes with India’s native population – the Adi Vasi as they are known in India.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi representing Indian oligarchs Adani and Ambanis from Gujarat adopted an aggressive and unlawful strategy in the massive illegal land confiscation from the original land owners Adi vasis in the central states Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.
The Adi Vasis in these states were subject to extreme measures like intimidation, abduction, murder and other form of violent tactics for their resistance to Indian government, the fiduciary to Adani groups in the land grab deal.
That’s when the United States born naturalized citizen of India – Mrs. Sudha Bharadwaj, a brahmin and rajput caste orientation relevant to the BJP regime’s caste hierarchy, a legal scholar as the Professor of Law in the Indian University in New Delhi, the committed activist and trade unionist relentlessly fighting for the rights of the dispossessed in the mineral-rich state of Chhattisgarh, where some of India’s poorest and most exploited live began representation of the Adi vasis against the regime and oligarchy.
Needless to say, the New Delhi regime branded Mrs. Sudha Bharadwaj the enemy of the state and went as far with the false accusation as terrorist swapping the actual terror act committed by BJP regime’s now sitting Parliament member Pragya Thakur on Professor Sudha Bharadwaj.
The BJP regime’s Lok Sabha (the lower or the people’s house) current member of Parliament (MP) – Pragya Thakur was personally chosen by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi despite convictions and criminal record in the terror bomb blast in Bhima Koregaon village in Maharashtra state with Mumbai as the capital.
The BJP MP Pragya Thakur, the convicted candidate on terrorism ran on BJP’s ticket with PM Narendra Modi rallying for her in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh in 2019.
The BJP MP Pragya Thakur hailed the RSS member, militant Hindutva ideologue and Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram Godse – the true patriot of India for assassination of the leader behind India’s independence from colonial oppression.
Conversely, Professor Sudha Bharadwaj according to news reports;
“Professor Sudha Bharadwaj was arrested on 28 October 2018 and her phone, laptops and some CDs taken away. She was denied bail on three occasions and spent time in two prisons before she was freed.
She spent half of that time at Pune’s high-security Yerwada Central Jail, which largely houses convicted offenders, in a block of cells once reserved for death row prisoners.”
The Professor and activist Sudha Bharadwaj was also further accused of unsubstantiated bizarre assassination plot against the regime’s head – the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this context, the Professor is not the only one to be incarcerated with this charge.
Just last year, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed the farmers in Punjab and Haryana were allegedly involved in the possible assassination attempt with no evidence whatsoever.
In fact the event was PM Narendra Modi’s pre-planned political campaign rally and subsequent sequence on the bridge featuring BJP flag holders chanting anti-farmers slogan in the Punjab border.
The synopsis on the regime clarify gross human rights violations against various segments and members of civil society in India.
The regime’s chief PM Narendra Modi’s latest stunt to recognize Adi Vasis and womanhood would be appropriate upon returning the land seizure to the natives – Adi Vasis in Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and wherever applicable.
As for respecting womanhood which is evidently a tall order for the regime’s head PM Narendra Modi.
Narendra Modi cheered the polity authorized brutal murder of female Indian author, writer and journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bangalore, Karnataka on 5 September, 2017. The Indian so-called democracy Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted referring to the deceased as the b**ch gone following her death, a political motivated murder expressing intolerance to freedom of press, individual liberty and justice.
That being the regime head PM Narendra Modi desperately seeking to be the news however possible, the unconditional and honorable release exonerating Professor Sudha Bharadwaj currently in strictly monitored detention in Mumbai pending trial would demonstrate Indian democracy status or otherwise.
The abstinence – the regime head’s favorite choice would irrefutably pronounce the declining constitutional and democratic rights in the nation celebrating 75 years of independence.
